Taylor Swift is reportedly fuming after private messages between her and longtime pal Blake Lively were made public.
The 36-year-old pop superstar’s private chats with the Gossip Girl actress were exposed during Lively’s ongoing legal spat with director Justin Baldoni.
Sources tell US Weekly that the Grammy-winning singer felt “exposed” and “violated,” describing the ordeal as emotionally gruelling.
One insider said the Bad Blood hitmaker was “horrified that something so personal was suddenly out of her hands.”
For the unversed, the texts were unsealed last week ahead of a court hearing that revealed the candid chats about Baldoni, with Swift allegedly dropping some blunt remarks about the 42-year-old actor.
In one exchange, the Eras tour hitmaker supposedly hinted that Baldoni might be aware damaging info was about to surface.
Meanwhile, the 38-year-old actress seemed to be checking in, fretting over whether she’d been a “bad friend” and sensing tension in their once close bond.
Swift reportedly admitted she noticed a shift in Blake’s tone, joking or maybe lamenting, that some messages felt like “corporate emails.”
She apparently missed the old Blake, the one who spoke freely and with humour, rather than tiptoeing around legal landmines.
While the messages ended on a friendly note, insiders claim the duo have barely spoken since late 2025, with Swift feeling “used” amid the legal drama.
