Chris Pratt shares hilarious Christmas gift from Arnold Schwarzenegger

Chris Pratt has revealed the jaw-dropping Christmas present he received from his father-in-law, action star Arnold Schwarzenegger. 

The 46-year-old actor, was on The Graham Norton Show on Friday, to promote his new movie Mercy when he shared the festive surprise.

“He just goes all out with his gifts,” Pratt told host Graham Norton. 

“This year, one was like a six foot by eight foot portrait painting of all three of my children and him as Santa Claus. It’s very lifelike — and massive. It shows him eating a cookie while the kids peek around the Christmas tree.”

The Guardians of the Galaxy star admitted he wasn’t entirely sure how to display the enormous Christmas-themed painting all year round. 

“I think we’ll have to break that out in November sometime. It’s big, it’s in a frame and it’s a big massive painting,” he joked.

In addition to the festive artwork, the 78-year-old legend gifted Jurassic World actor a pair of crocodile boots he had worn in a movie, a perfect fit, thanks to their shared shoe size.

Pratt, married to Schwarzenegger’s eldest daughter Katherine, 36, since 2019, shares three children with her: daughters Lyla Marie, 5, Eloise Christina, 3, and son Ford, born November 2024. 

He also has a 13-year-old son, Jack, with ex-wife Anna Faris.

Over Christmas, The Terminal List actor and Katherine celebrated with the extended Schwarzenegger family, with the 36-year-old author posting adorable snaps of the festivities on Instagram, writing “Cozy December.” 

Pratt himself shared some of his other gifts, including a humorous Jesus mug, a Theodore Roosevelt book, and scripts from his movies and TV shows.
