Jennifer Garner remembers Chris Anne Bold with heartfelt tribute

Jennifer Garner showed her support for ex-Ben Affleck’s family by honouring his late mother, Chris Anne Bold, with a sweet and emotional tribute.

At the Brentwood Farmers Market in Los Angeles, the actress kept her look casual with a white top carrying the emotional French message "Maman Je T'aime," which translates to "I love you, Mom."

Many fans viewed the message as a touching tribute to Affleck's mother, Chris.

In a past interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Affleck spoke highly about his mother and her journey.

"My mother taught public school, went to Harvard and then got her master’s there and taught fifth and sixth grade in a public school," he said

Moreover, he added, "My dad had a more working-class lifestyle. He didn’t go to college. He was an auto mechanic and a bartender and a janitor at Harvard."

The outing comes nearly two months after the death of Affleck’s mother, Chris, who passed away at the age of 83 peacefully on June 2 after battling pancreatic cancer.

According to her obituary, doctors had given Chris around six months to live after her diagnosis in December.

She fulfilled her final wish by attending her grandson Samuel’s high school graduation just two days before her death.

Although Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck divorced in 2018 after 13 years of marriage, the actress reportedly remained close to the deceased throughout the years.
