Ryan Reynolds marks major 'Deadpool' milestone at Comic-Con

Ryan Reynolds celebrated Deadpool's Comic-Con appearance with a heartfelt message dedicated to Marvel fans.

Sharing the post on X (Formerly Twitter) on Sunday, July 27, the actor paid tribute to his admirers for their continued support of the franchise.

He wrote, "The fans got Deadpool off the ground so many years ago. Yesterday, 10 years after the first film and exactly 2 years after Deadpool & Wolverine."

He added, "I felt so lucky to be on the #SDCC floor with everyone whose unapologetic devotion brings so much joy to this world."

The video also featured Robert Downey Jr. calling out to the Golden Globe nominee during Marvel's Hall H presentation, asking, "Who's this guy with the swords and stuff?"

Responding with his signature humour, he replied, "Long-time listener, first-time caller. This seems an awfully expensive way to announce a film. When do you start filming?"

The appearance comes after Reynolds recently hinted that another Deadpool film is in development, saying that another instalment would eventually happen and expressing confidence that it would be great.
