Ariana Grande taps out of 'Wicked' era with this move

Ariana Grande has playfully and politely signaled that she is leaving her Wicked era behind, by switching up her social media profile.

The Bloodline singer changed her profile picture from an image of herself in a light pink robe looking at the camera with her hand on her chin to a likely improvised moment in one of her skits on Saturday Night Live this weekend.

In the skit, the Side to Side singer played a dance instructor with Marcello Hernández, and could be een breaking character a number of times by laughing.

At one point, the comedian says, “Remember class, dancing is something that’s revealing, for example, this is hers,” taking off his fake goatee and putting it on Ariana’s chin.

The Yes,and? singer replied “oh yes, thank you,” breaking character once again to smile while Marcello periodically touched her chin to make sure that the fake facial hair stayed on.

Ariana’s new profile picture on Instagram is a still of her beaming with the goatee and the slicked back wig from the SNL sketch.

Notably, the singer attempted to subtly re-stick the hair back on her dance partner for the scene but Marcello returned it on her chin.
