Kim Kardashian breaks silence on Paris robbery trauma for first time

American TV star Kim Kardashian returned to the city of lights, but not for glamour this time.

The 45-year-old entrepreneur revisited the terrifying night of her 2016 Paris jewellery heist, as she testified in the trial against ten people charged over the $10 million robbery, in the Dec. 4 episode of The Kardashians.

“In 2016, my life changed forever,” she reflected, recalling the harrowing Fashion Week trip with sisters Kourtney and Kendall Jenner, plus friends Simone Harouche and Stephanie Shepherd.

Simone, who stayed in the room below Kim’s, described hearing “sheer terror” in her voice, while Travis Barker’s wife revealed a chilling text from Simone: “I just heard Kim say, 'Take anything you want.'”

The timing of the robbery, Kourtney noted, was eerily coincidental.

Just hours earlier, the sisters joked over lunch that if they were ever robbed, they’d say exactly those words. “It was just so crazy,” she said.

The SKIMS founder shared the terrifying moments of being tied up at gunpoint, fearing for her life.

“I said a prayer… there’s a bigger plan, and it’s God’s plan,” she said.

She expressed gratitude that she, rather than her sisters, was the target.

“Thank God it was me and not one of my sisters… it would’ve f--- them up for life,” she said.

Kris Jenner praised her daughter’s resilience: “I’m so proud of you, every single day, for the way that you live your life.”
