Prince William and Prince Harry may be headed toward an incredibly awkward reunion next year and it’s all thanks to one thing they still have in common: sports.
The estranged brothers, who haven’t been seen together publicly since August 2024, are both reportedly planning to attend matches at next summer’s US World Cup, The Sun claims.
And while the exact stadium locations haven’t been announced yet, insiders say both princes are gearing up to show their support for England and the other Home Nations.
William, 43, is said to be hoping to make the trip a family affair, especially with 12-year-old Prince George being a massive England fan.
Harry, 41, who now lives full-time in California, is also reportedly planning to take in the games from the stands.
A Los Angeles insider told the paper: “Wills is planning to come to the US and we have been told to prepare for what a trip would entail. Interactions between security services and UK/US intelligence teams are in progress.”
If both brothers attend, it would mark their first major public crossover since they briefly appeared in the same venue during their uncle’s funeral in Norfolk last year, where no reunion happened due to William’s packed schedule.
Sources cited by Express UK, have recently suggested that Williams feelings toward Harry have shifted from fury to something far more final: indifference.
The Prince of Wales is said to be putting his energy into his royal role and, above all, into Catherine and their three children.
