Ed Sheeran talks working with Santan Dave: ‘incredible to watch’
The singer worked with Dave on the new record
British singer Ed Sheeran has opened up about working with Santan Dave.
David Orobosa Michael Omoregie, professionally known as Dave, rose to global fame for his powerful and introspective lyrics.
The two artists collaborated recently for the deluxe version of Ed’s new record, Play, after having teamed up in the past.
Ed shared clips of their time working together on his Instagram expressing his admiration for the young artist.
The clips were filmed while the two musicians were brainstorming together at the decoy studios in Suffolk, England.
The Shape Of You singer wrote “I’ve worked with @santandave as an artist before but on this record i got to work with him as a producer and a writer.”
The Grammy winner talked highly about the 27-year-old saying he is “immensely talented, and focused.”
Expressing his gratitude for Dave, he wrote “he is one of the greatest talents to ever come out of our country, and i’m honoured to have been able to create so much music with him.”
The Lego House singer added that his project with Dave will drop on Friday.
Concluding his message he wrote “there’s also a bunch more new songs you will love.”
