Prince William’s wealth has surged in recent years, with his estimated net worth now sitting at around £100 million, according to multiple reports.
According to Express UK, as heir to the throne, William benefits from a massive annual income generated by the Duchy of Cornwall, the private estate traditionally passed to the Prince of Wales.
The Duchy, spanning 52,264 hectares across south-west England, includes arable land, livestock farms, commercial properties, residential homes, forests, rivers, quarries, and stretches of coastline, according to its official website.
A royal financial report released earlier this year revealed that William is now dramatically surpassing Prince Harry’s earnings, despite Harry and Meghan previously declaring that they wanted to become financially independent when they left royal life in 2020.
Hello! magazine estimates that, combined, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a net worth of around £45 million.
Harry’s current wealth is understood to come from: inheritance from the Royal Family, investment income, his lucrative media deals in the US, and book advances and publishing contracts
In 2021, Harry secured a massive £16 million advance for his bestselling memoir Spare, as part of a £32 million four-book publishing deal.
