Billie Eilish has always build connections with millions of fans through official pages on various social media platforms.
However, a wild theory began to make the rounds on the internet after she shared a milestone update like the songstress is her own fan.
The video featured the 23-year-old singer singing Ocean Eyes “on the 10th year anniversary of the song” in Arizona show.
Instead of using first person like every other celebrity, the songstress wrote the sentence in a third person, making it seem like it’s a fan account.
The online community instantly pointed out with one X user writing: “You run your own fan account?”
Another netizen reminded the BLUE hitmaker about posting in the wrong place: “Do you have an update account that u forgot to switch to?”
Meanwhile, a fan noticed that the official handle might be looked after by “the account manager.” Someone shared an old video from the same page, highlighting: “This account always posts in third person.”
Billie is currently headlining her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour, stopping in Arizona on November 18, 2025. She officially marked a decade of the song that became a breakthrough it after release.
The track was penned down by her brother Finneas O’Connell for his own band but he ended up giving it to her sister.
