Zach Bryan shares ‘major achievement’ with fans

Zach Bryan took to Instagram to celebrate a major proud moment of his life and share his experience with mental health struggles and addiction. 

His social media post contained the happy news of his being sober for more than two months now after his battle with alcohol addiction. 

The country music star opened up on how he decided to seek help with therapy after an eye-opening 20-day trip made him realise what needed to be changed in him. 

The I Remember Everything singer also quoted experiencing ‘earth shattering’ panic attacks as a side effect of his addiction.

He shared his views on Instagram via a carousel, where in the first photo, he can be seen holding a guitar with a cigarette pressed between his lips, while the other photo contained the emotional message he had to share. 

Bryan further clarifies through his post how being in the military and coming straight from it to the limelight, with internet trolls always surrounding him, affected him as a person. 

"I have been lied about and doxxed on the internet, I was helping a close friend through a severe mental break, one of my other best friends was put into a coma by a motorcycle accident, and I was touring the country playing five, sometimes six, nights a week,” the singer stated. 

The 29-year-old is very proud of making his "conscious decision" of leaving alcohol behind, among several hurdles of life. 

 Bryan's recent The Quittin Time Tour was wrapped up in Dec 2024. The singer announced it would be ‘his last ever tour’ and decided to quit touring altogether after.
