Drake has dissed his ex-girlfriend Serena Williams after a photoshoot with rapper Sexyy Red, apparently reigniting an old feud.
The One Dance rapper took to his Instagram to share a tennis-themed photoshoot with the Pound Town rapper.
In the carousel, there were a few cheeky poses by the 27-year-old, and a few shots of the five-time Grammy winner intensely playing the game.
“I said tennis lesson she said where’s the bracelet or the necklace,” Drake captioned the post of the duo with matching outfits.
In the comments one netizen wrote, “Serena Williams upgrade” with two fire emojis, which the 39-year-old liked, likely signaling agreement.
The Canadian rapper dated the former tennis player from 2011 to 2015, but the exes appear to be on bad terms since she danced during his rap rival Kendrick Lamar’s 2025 Super Bowl performance earlier this year.
Meanwhile, what appeared to be a greater dig was the fact that the song being performed was Not Like Us, a scathing diss against Drake.
Notably, during her ex’s infamous beef with the 22-time Grammy winner Serena publicly sided with Kendrick and threw some jabs at the Nokia singer.
The highly publicised rivalry between Drake and Lamar originally began in 2013 when the Canadian rapper responded to the Compton native’s verse on the track Control by Big Sean, but later escalated after First Person Shooter in 2023.
