John Cena has opened up about undergoing a second hair transplant, saying the treatment has given him more confidence and improved his acting career.

Speaking to People magazine at San Diego Comic-Con, the 49-year-old actor revealed he recently had another follicular unit extraction (FUE) procedure after seeing positive results from his first surgery.

He told the interviewer that he returned to his doctor about 15 months after his first procedure to improve a small patch, adding that he shaved his head because it helped the doctor transplant the hair more quickly and achieve better results.

The Peacemaker star praised his doctor, saying the treatment had “changed” his life and that he fully trusts the process.

Earlier, he told the publisher that years of comments from WWE fans convinced him to seek treatment for his hair loss, and he now follows a daily routine to maintain his results after undergoing two hair transplants.

Additionally, the actor admitted that delaying the procedure is his only regret and hoping more people feel confident enough to explore treatment options.
