Chris Martin has already made new girlfriend Sophie Turner cry?

A newly resurfaced clip shows a shocking interaction from years earlier between rumoured lovers Chris Martin and Sophie Turner.

The actress has been a fan of his band, Coldplay for a long time, and once burst into tears over a birthday video from Martin.

Ironically, the message was arranged by none other than her ex-husband, singer Joe Jonas.

The two are reportedly dating after the Daily Mail reported that they had secretly gone on a date after Turner’s split from aristocrat Peregrine “Perry” Pearson.

A clip from Jonas’ 2020 show Cup of Joe shows the Game of Thrones star as she is surprised by a video of the front man.

In the video, Turner sits at a restaurant as Jonas hands her his phone, saying, “I have someone who wants to say happy birthday.”

After looking, she can be seen squealing, “It’s Chris Martin!”

“This is Chris from Coldplay, I wanted to say on behalf of me and the even more handsome members of our band, have the best day and I’m sending you all my love and I hope you’re having the best time,” Martin can be heard saying.

The message noticeably moved the actress to tears as she said, “I’m not going to cry on camera.”

Jonas and Turner finalized their divorce in 2024, while Martin split from actress Dakota Johnson.
