‘Malcolm in the Middle’ brothers have touching reunion for revival

Frankie Muniz has thrown fans into nostalgia by sharing a shot of him reuniting with his on-screen brothers for Malcolm in the Middle.

Posing with Justin Berfield and Christopher Masterson, the caption read, “I was told not to post this yet, but then I remembered the theme song. I’m just too excited for y’all to see the new episodes and I miss my brothers.”

The revival of the beloved series is titled Malcolm in the Middle: Life’s Still Unfair, which is a reference to the opening lyric of the theme song.

Featuring four episodes, it is set to premiere on Disney+ in 2026, with Muniz returning to take on the titular role again.

Berfield and Masterson will also be returning as Francis and Reese, respectively, to play Malcolm’s older brothers.

Other cast members making a comeback for the series are Bryan Cranston as Malcolm’s father, Hal; Jane Kaczmarek as his mother, Lois; Craig Lamar Traylor as his best friend, Stevie Kenarban; Gary Anthony Williams as Stevie’s father, Abe Kenarban; Emy Coligado as Francis’ wife, Piama; and David Anthony Higgins as Craig Feldspar, Lois’ coworker.
