Queen Camilla appeared to send a subtle but powerful message through her fashion choices just a day after Prince Andrew’s royal downfall made headlines.
Attending Qipco British Champions Day at Ascot Racecourse on Saturday, the Queen Consort looked elegant in a pale blue coat and cream hat, but it was her striking moonstone brooch that caught attention.
Experts believe the stunning jewel, surrounded by diamonds and worth around £30,000, carried a deeper meaning.
According to jewellery expert Maxwell Stone of Steven Stone Jewellers, the moonstone is long associated with “feminine energy, calmness, renewal, and reconciliation.”
He noted that the gem “symbolizes healing emotional rifts and reuniting loved ones divided by conflict,” suggesting the Queen may have been subtly referencing the royal family’s ongoing challenges, including tensions surrounding Prince Andrew, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle.
