Ashton Kutcher faces netizens wrath for 'honest confession'

Ashton Kutcher has revealed his suffering from success story, but internet users are casting doubt on his story.

The former model attended the New York Comic Con for the upcoming FX television series The Beauty, where he talked about his good looks.

As the No Strings Attached actor was asked about playing a hilarious supervillain, he went on to state, “And so, there are roles that I’ve gotten because of the way I look and there are roles that I haven’t gotten because of the way I look.”

The 47-year-old added that it gets frustrating sometimes and that he has missed out on some good roles because of this.

Ashton’s remarks have gained a lot of traction, and netizens believe that it is not his stellar appearance but his poor acting that is to blame.

“What a lack of self awareness. How would you explain actors like Cillian Murphy, Brad Pitt, George Clooney […] and many many more, gorgeous men, have had flourishing careers with many diversified roles. That’s just a dumb thing to say,” one internet user said.

This is the sentiment that has been echoed by many others with remarks like, “I think it has more to do with his acting skills and not his looks.”
