Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might soon be welcoming another Hollywood superstar to their exclusive neighbourhood, but this time, it’s not in California.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who live year-round in their $14 million Montecito mansion, reportedly own a £3.5 million holiday home in Portugal’s Costaterra Gold and Ocean Club, one of Europe’s most sought-after luxury developments.
According to the Daily Mail, a major A-list actress, aged 58, has now lodged an application with Portugal’s immigration agency, sparking speculation that she plans to join the Sussexes, along with fellow celebrity homeowners George Clooney and Paris Hilton.
While Harry and Meghan have not publicly confirmed the purchase, local media suggest the royal couple chose the serene coastal retreat as their European escape.
The area’s growing star power may also have been influenced by family ties as Princess Eugenie, Harry’s cousin, reportedly owns a home nearby thanks to her husband’s work in property development.
