Kate Middleton pens emotional note on relationships

Kate Middleton shared an emotional note highlighting relationships.

The Princess of Wales shared the message on the official Instagram account on October 9.

The message was shared in a joint post with The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood and in collaboration with Professor Robert Waldinger.

The messages featured in the post in part said, “If you could invest in just one thing to help you and your family thrive, invest in the relationships you have with each other.”

It highlighted the benefits of raising kids in “love, safety and dignity” as they are “better able to develop the social and emotional scaffolding”.

Such individuals resolve conflict and grow into adults capable of building loving partnerships, families and communities themselves.

The full essay was shared on the website which further mentioned the importance of kids’ environment and investing in relationships.

The royal princess also mentioned how “these social and emotional skills are teachable”.

“This is not just about creating a more loving environment for our children. It’s about creating a more loving world. And that begins with a simple, deliberate act.”, she added.
