Taylor Swift raves about bestie Selena Gomez’s wedding look

Taylor Swift can't resist gushing over her longtime friend Selena Gomez’s wedding and how stunning she looked as a bride.

On Monday, October 6, speaking in a new interview on SiriusXM’s The Morning Mash Up, Swift opened up about Gomez’s wedding to producer Benny Blanco in Santa Barbara, California, on Sept. 27.

“She was the most beautiful bride,” Swift raved before clarifying, “not just the most beautiful bride, just like the most beautiful thing I've ever seen."

The pop sensation added that she is extremely excited for her friends "when they find happiness," and said of Gomez, "[I'm] just so happy, and she deserves it so much. And you only wish that for people, you know?"

Swift was at the interview for her new album, The Life of a Showgirl, which came out on Friday, October 3, but she took the chance to speak about Gomez and Blanco’s nuptials.

Following the wedding, a source told PEOPLE that Swift and musician Ed Sheeran also gave speeches at the reception.

"At the reception, everyone was letting loose and celebrating them well into the night," the insider said. "The vibe was so much fun."

"They were glowing all night, and both Selena and Benny couldn’t stop smiling. There was so much love in the room," the source added.
