Actor Eric Dane’s condition seems to be spiraling downwards due to his battle with ALS, according to recent reports.
After having first revealed his diagnosis in April, sources say that the actor has been attempting to appear brave while levelling with the very real possibility that he might not be alive for much longer.
Dane seems to have lost mobility in his legs, as he was spotted on a wheelchair quite recently.
A source close to him claims that the diagnosis was "devastating" for the Grey’s Anatomy star, as he deals with the debilitating symptoms.
He notably seemed to struggle to speak when recently asked by a reporter, "What would you say to your fans who are hoping everything is okay?"
"Keep the faith, man,” he simply responded.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, the insider remarked, "This diagnosis has been devastating. And as much as Eric has leaned on his Jewish faith to get through it all, it has been his family and friends that have really stepped up and have made him feel loved."
"Eric is trying to put on as much of a brave face as possible because he wants to enjoy what he has now, because he now knows with his full heart that tomorrow isn't promised," they added.
