Julia Fox is opening about the National Football League fans who bash Taylor Swift for attending fiancé Travis Kelce’s games, and say that she is the reason he has been losing.
The audience during the games have previously booed at the global popstar when she has appeared on cameras, and there is widespread conversation about how they believe she is bad luck for the tight end.
However the Uncut Gems star, while promoting her upcoming thriller which has the backdrop of professional football, ended up speaking to People about the unjustness of the matter.
"Like, if a guy loses a game it's a girl's 'fault,' it's, like, his girlfriend's 'fault.' It's just crazy. And all the superstitions and all the irrational ass s*** that these men believe, you know, that ultimately leads to a woman being blamed," Julia stated.
"I remember Travis Kelce lost a game, and then people were saying that it was Taylor Swift's fault. It was just like, 'What? That's crazy!' But, you know, blame women — they love to do that. It's like, oh, I didn't know we were so powerful. So you're admitting that we are powerful? So you're admitting it?" she continued.
Notably, Taylor has also mocked the absurd mindset of some football fans that believe in these things on Travis’s podcast.
Taylor sarcastically said on the New Heights podcast with Travis and his brother Jason Kelce that if there is one thing male sports fans want to see more of, it is more of her.
