Buckingham Palace issues major update on Queen Camilla amid health scare

King Charles' team released a delightful video featuring Queen Camilla after her declining health announcement left fans worried. 

On September 20, the royal family's official Instagram account shared details about Camilla's visit to The Queen's Reading Room amid health struggles. 

The statement began with a famous quote, which reads, "It is a truth universally acknowledged that books make life better."

Buckingham Palace's spokesperson said, "Yesterday, The Queen attended @TheQueensReadingRoom festival at Chatsworth House."

"The festival, now in its third year, coincides with the 250th anniversary of Jane Austen’s birth."

"The Queen’s Reading Room, launched by Her Majesty in 2023, is a charity celebrating and promoting the transformative power of books in the UK and beyond."

"During the visit, the Queen joined a discussion on the positive impact of reading on mental health with people supported by local domestic violence charity, The Elm Foundation, and joined a reception with literary figures taking part in the festival."

It is important to note that Queen Camilla was pulled out at the last minute from attending the funeral of the Duchess of Kent due to acute sinusitis.

However, she sent her thoughts and prayers to the late royal and her family.
