The track, which explores themes of love and loss, includes the moving line: “I’ll love you ’til my last breath, you’re gone but something in the heavens tells me that we’ll be together again.”
Notably, the single arrives just as Capaldi announces a string of colossal outdoor shows for summer 2026.
Some You Loved singer will kick things off at Dublin’s Marlay Park on June 24, followed by Limerick’s Thomond Park, Exeter’s Live at Powderham and Cardiff’s Blackweir Fields.
Moreover, he’ll then take on the big one, American Express presents BST Hyde Park on July 11, marking his first time headlining the iconic London series.
The blockbuster run will also see him perform in Leeds, Belfast and Manchester, including appearances at the inaugural Roundhay Festival and Wythenshawe Park.
It marks another milestone in his comeback, after triumphantly returning to Glastonbury this summer, two years on from cutting his set short while battling Tourette syndrome.
