Cardi B, known for her unpredictable antics, has once again surprised fans with her latest move.
The 32-year-old rapper, who is preparing to release her second studio album Am I The Drama?, has officially launched its promotion.
The WAP hitmaker staged a bold stunt as she gatecrashed The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night.
Cardi appeared on FaceTime with the host mid-monologue before strutting onto the stage, vinyl in hand.
The star wasted no time plugging the record, waving a copy of her highly-anticipated new album.
“Tell people on your show to get my album. Thank you,” she demanded, before joking, “Tell your audience or I’m going to be homeless.”
Notably, her second studio record will be released this Friday, September 19, almost six years after her 2018 debut Invasion of Privacy, which stormed to No.1 on the Billboard 200.
Since then, she has scored five chart-topping singles on the Billboard Hot 100, cementing her place as one of rap’s biggest names.
Adding to the excitement, the Drip singer also announced her Miss Drama Tour, a mammoth 30-date arena run across North America.
She further revealed that her new LP will feature a star-studded line-up of collaborators, including Janet Jackson, Lizzo, Megan Thee Stallion and Selena Gomez.
Cardi B has not announced when she will get married.
The rapper, who recently finalised her split from Offset, has spoken openly about still believing in love and being open to marriage again in the future.
She is currently dating NFL player Stefon Diggs, but so far there has been no confirmation of an engagement or wedding plans.
