British Princess left heartbroken as husband confesses to secret child

British Princess has been left heartbroken as it has been confirmed that her husband fathered a secret love child.

The incident has shaken the royal family that deals with chaos and heartbreak that follows the revelation.

Prince Laurent of Belgium has admitted publicly that he is father to a secret son.

The shocking revelation was made in a documentary in which the 25-year-old Clement Vandenkerckhove identified himself as the son of the prince.

The royal member conceived Clement with a 80s pop star, Wendy Van Wanten, the same year he started dating his now-wife.

Prince Laurent is King Philippe of Belgium's younger brother who is married to Claire Coombs.

Princess Claire was was born in Bath to a British father and Belgian mother.

In a statement confirming the news, the 61-year-old said, “With this announcement, I acknowledge that I am the biological father of Clement Vandenkerckhove.”

He also confirmed in the statement that they have “spoken openly and honestly about this in recent years.”

The former couple notably attended Prince Edward and Duchess Sophie's wedding in 1999 at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.
