Prince Harry has reportedly been dealt a “huge blow” after one of his most trusted executives announced her resignation from his eco-tourism non-profit, Travelyst.

Sally Davey, who has served as CEO for five years, confirmed she will leave her role in the coming months.

Her exit follows a string of high-profile departures from the Sussex-founded firm, which Harry launched in 2019 to promote sustainable travel.

The news comes less than a year after the organization’s chairman stepped down after just 18 months, and just months after Harry’s former chief of staff, Josh Kettler, quit after only three months in the role.

Insiders told The Daily Mail that losing Davey is “a huge blow to Travelyst” as she was “crucial in its development.”

In a statement, Davey praised the Duke of Sussex, calling him both a “confidant and guide” during her decision to step back.

She added: “I’m proud of what we’ve built together. And while I’ll be stepping down as CEO, I remain as committed as ever to Travelyst’s mission.”

Harry, 40, founded Travelyst as a coalition of major travel brands to make tourism more sustainable.

The firm now faces a leadership reshuffle at a crucial time for its growth.
