Jenna Ortega unveils her biggest off-screen fear

Jenna Ortega, the widely acclaimed star, has revealed the beauty routine she considers essential to her screen roles.

The 22-year-old, who made her screen debut in 2012, has rapidly become one of the most photographed women in the world as her fame continues to soar.

In her chat with Who What Wear, Jenna opened up about how she chooses to present herself and disclosed her biggest fear.

According to her, style is not simply about appearance, but about helping her fully embody a character.

“Beauty is the way that you’re choosing to represent yourself. It’s a pretty important piece of the puzzle,” she said.

The Hollywood favourite, who rose to global fame as Wednesday Addams in Netflix’s smash-hit Wednesday, admitted she collaborates closely with hair and make-up teams to define each role’s style, but also enjoys experimenting on her own.

“Often, I’ll play around with the make-up first so I have the experience of putting it on and figuring out what feels natural,” she revealed.

Recalling her gothic transformation into Wednesday, Jenna added, “It was very clear when something wasn’t pale enough or dark enough. When the make-up is wrong, it’s hard to do a scene because you feel silly.”

When it comes to her personal life, the young star confessed that bad hair is her biggest dread.

“A bad hair day really messes you up,” she admitted.

“If I have to go out, I’m wearing a hat. I need messy bits and pieces, and if it’s not going to listen, then you will not hear from me.”
