Kelley Wolf, arrested over alleged electronic harassment, has been officially barred from contacting her estranged husband Scott Wolf and their three children.
The former couple, who split in June after 21 years of marriage, share Jackson, Miller, and Lucy.
The latest court order comes after the 48-year-old actress reportedly violated a temporary arrangement with the Party of Five star, prompting a judge to impose a stricter protective measure.
Kelly’s legal troubles escalated following her arrest on August 26 for allegedly posting Scott’s personal phone number online, triggering a barrage of calls and messages.
She was released two days later and charged with electronic disclosure of personal information and harassment.
The injunction forbids any form of threats, physical harm, or actions that could put the family at risk.
Moreover, she may only communicate with the 57-year-old actor during court-mandated mediation sessions regarding divorce or child custody and can access the family home solely to collect her belongings, under police supervision.
The order also stipulates that she must abstain from alcohol and drugs until the next hearing on September 10.
