Selena Gomez kicks off pre-wedding festivities without Taylor Swift

Selena Gomez has kicked off her pre-wedding festivities with an intimate celebration, but her longtime best friend Taylor Swift was nowhere to be seen.

The Rare beauty founder appeared to be in high spirits as she showed off the lavish setups and stunning outfits from her girls’ trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in a photo dump on Instagram.

In the first image, the Back To You singer posed in a short white dress with embroidered flowers on a sofa.

The following images include multiple stylistic changes, with the Wizards of Waverly Place alum staying true to theme and only wearing white as Benny Blanco’s soon to be bride.

At one point of the festivities, Selena wore a gorgeous backless pearl halter dress with a short veil that had “bride to be” embroidered on it in cursive.

The 33-year-old was joined by a party of close friends such as Racquelle Stevens, Ashley Cook and Courtney Lopez, but her iconic best friend, Taylor, was notably absent.

This may be since the Champagne Problems singer has also recently gotten engaged and is busy supporting her fiancé Travis Kelce, as well as gearing up to release her twelfth album, The Life of a Showgirl.

Notably, Selena’s bachelorette party celebrations indicate that the wedding with Benny is not too far away, even though the couple has not publicly confirmed a date as of yet.

As per sources, Selena and Benny’s wedding is supposed to be a two-day affair in September.
