Katy Perry, who is currently headlining the Lifetimes Tour, opened up about her relationship with ex-fiance Orlando Bloom during testimony of ongoing case.
The 40-year-old singer appeared before the case to testify about the contested mansion that she bought from a U.S. veteran Carl Westcott.
Although the 40-year-old and the actor went separate ways, Katy admitted that the Pirates of the Caribbean star will be her “family for life” according to Radar Online.
During her virtual appearance in the court, the Dark Horse hitmaker was cross-examined by the lawyers.
According to the outlet, the pop sensation wore pyjamas to the place, seemingly keeping all the glitz and glam for her concerts.
The case began in 2020 when Carl sold his mansion to Katy’s manager for $15 million. However, the former warner tried to back out of deal by giving bizarre reasons.
He claimed being under the influence of sleeping pills and so “lacked capacity” to take this big mistake.
While Orlando’s mention in the case seems irrelevant, it was reported by a separate source that he is the owner of the luxurious house and not the singer.
It is to be noted that the Grammy nominee and the Troy star have ended their relationship after nearly a decade and are seemingly trying to move on in their lives.
The pair, who share a four-year-old daughter Daisy Dove Bloom, presumably faced irreconcilable differences in their relationship.
