Taylor Swift’s Mother-In-Law responds to Travis Kelce’s Proposal

NFL star Travis Kelce and his wife-to-be Taylor Swift are finally engaged after supporting and loving each other for some time now. 

The couple announced it through a post, gaining likes from fans, friend and family.

On August 26, the Cruel Summer artist uploaded several pictures on Instagram announcing her engagement in a joint post with her long-term boyfriend Travis Kelce.

It seems like Taylor’s future mother-in-law is satisfied with the proposal as well, as she dropped a “Heart” on the post uploaded by the popstar.

Travis’s parents, Donna and Ed Kelce approved his relationship with the global icon by mentioning how “happy” their son is with Taylor.

The father of the ten-time Pro Bowler also told in an interview with The Jimmy & Nath Show with Emma that the 35-year-old got the ring “early July” and the proposal took place “two weeks ago”.

“I sent him a text, just go ahead, get a plane, fly wherever she is and get this done. He just laughed it off," he said thinking back.

Ed continues “He got her out there, they were about to go out to dinner, and he said, 'Let's go out and have a glass of wine' ... they got out there, and that's when he asked her, and it was beautiful.”

The loving boyfriend of Taylor decided to propose in the most traditional way by asking Taylor’s parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, first for their blessings to which the father of the Bride-to-be replied, “Well come on, when are you going to get this done?”

The true lovers have been dating since 2023 and have been in love since.
