Prince Harry makes emotional request to William ahead of sombre event

Prince Harry aims to contact his brother Prince William after peace talks with King Charles ahead of sombre occasion.

For the unversed, the Duke of Sussex and the monarch's representatives held a meeting in London, which was dubbed a peace summit.

Now, Closer Magazine reported that Harry wanted to make amends with the future King, William, especially before the death anniversary of their mother, Princess Diana.

The People Princess' untimely and tragic death on August 31, 1997, left the world in shock.

An insider revealed that the Duke of Sussex wanted to mark the sombre event with the Prince of Wales to honour their mother's meaningful legacy.

"There’s a documentary in the pipeline, and Harry wants members of the royal family at the Invictus Games supporting him and the event," the source said.

Ahead of Invictus Games Birmingham 2027, Harry "desperately wants his brother’s involvement, or at least his blessing..."

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet's father wants to leave "fear, tension or drama" before returning to the UK.

The report shared that Harry feels Princess Diana would have wanted a peaceful relationship between the two brothers, who are now estranged.

"Everything he’s doing right now is all for Diana, and he wants to make her proud – by making peace with his brother. Only time will answer whether his family will stand beside him," the source added.
