Doja Cat excites fans with upcoming single 'Jealous Type'

Doja Cat recently teased a new song on her social media titled Jealous Type from her upcoming album, Vie.

The 29-year-old singer took to Instagram on August 8 and unveiled a red and white poster for the album.

It depicted the rapper in red lingerie and blonde hair, standing in front of a black limousine. The headline read, “Vie Hotline (747) 246-7262,” while the footer revealed the title of her first song in question, “Are you the jealous type?”

She captioned the post, “Welcome to the Vie Hotline. Call or text for more.”

Fans rushed to the comments section to express their excitement. One netizen wrote, “Oh, this immediately made me feel better today.” Another well-wisher penned, “let’s goooo.”

Notably, the artist has been dropping hints about her new music on social media for the past few weeks. Her posts turned into an 80s-esque themed marking her return to pop music after exploring the rap genre on her last album, SCARLET 2 CLAUDE.

Earlier this year, the artist collaborated with well-known musicians, like BLACKPINK’s Lisa in Born Again, Jack Harlow in his single, Just Us, and she teamed up with Don Toliver for Lose My Mind on the F1 movie.

For the unversed, Doja Cat is preparing to release her fifth studio album, Vie, a French word that translates to Life. It will be out in September 2025.
