Will Diddy be able to emerge victorious against civil lawsuits?

Sean “Diddy” Combs lawyer, Nicole Westmoreland, stood out as an exceptional member of his defence team in his bombshell federal trial, and after bringing him to a victory, the attorney is reflecting on his pile of civil suits.

The attorney represented him during the case in which he was accused of serious crimes such as sex-trafficking, racketeering and conspiracy to engage in prostitution.

Although the Bad Boy Records founder was acquitted of the major charges, he still has more than a dozen lawsuits to be cleared, with accusations ranging from misconduct against minors, to assault and sex trafficking.

In her first interview since Diddy’s victory, Nicole commented on the remaining allegations saying, “We are talking about the United States government. This is the federal government, right? It doesn’t really get any stronger than that.”

She continued, “If there was any real evidence of those allegations, we would have heard all about it in the criminal trial,” basically hinting that the rap mogul would come out on top once again.

Nicole also dissed the prosecution’s case against the I’ll Be Missing You singer, highlighting that the government was aware that there was no way Diddy committed the crimes they were trying him for.

The President of the United States has discussed being open to pardoning Diddy, but the rapper’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo has noted that a pardon is not part of their strategy in the case.
