Calvin Harris and his partner Vick Hope have welcomed their first child, marking a new chapter in their lives.
On August 5, the 41-year-old music producer took to Instagram and posted a series of adorable photos that showcased him and his wife with a new family member, Micah.
He captioned the carousel, “20th of July, our boy arrived. Micah is here! My wife is a superhero, and I am in complete awe of her primal wisdom! Just so grateful. We love you so much, Micah.”
According to the photos, the duo seemingly opted for an at-home water birth, as the Radio 1 presenter was seen resting in the kiddie pool, and in another snap, Harris was taking Micah out of the water.
The One Kiss hitmaker also gave insight into how they converted the placenta into ingestible pills after cooking and crushing it. This move was also made by Kim Kardashian in 2015, when she ate her placenta to "ward off postnatal depression.”
Netizens were delighted by the couple's surprise revelation and congratulated them in the comments section.
One fan wrote, “Welcome to Parenthood, guys. The best ride of your life.” Another well-wisher penned, “Massive congrats mate! Big love.”
Notably, the lovebirds have kept their relationship private ever since they started dating in 2022. The record producer tied the knot a year later, and in February 2025, Hope announced her pregnancy.
On the professional front, Calvin Harris released his new track, Blessings in May, sung by the British singer, Clementine Douglas. The song marks his return to Dance music.
