Sean ‘Diddy’ Comb’s legal team is not satisfied with the incredible legal win they have scored the rap mogul, and are still attempting to have him walk free before sentencing with an unbelieve amount for a bond.
The I’ll Be Missing You singer is currently being detained while he awaits sentencing for his lesser charge, transportation to engage in prostitution, which has been scheduled for October 3rd by Judge Arun Subramanian.
In a shock legal move by the 55-year-old’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo, a court filing was submitted this Tuesday for his bail, with a $50 million bond and travel restrictions.
The motion, as per The Times claims that “there are exceptional circumstances warranting a departure from mandatory detention and ensuring that Sean Combs is released.”
It further outlines that Diddy is facing “ongoing threats of violence” while in federal custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center.
The 12-page document again hammered in the argument that he was simply a man with a swinger’s lifestyle and that he shouldn’t be held any longer for that.
Notably, the prosecution and the judge have yet to respond or issue a statement regarding the motion as of yet.
Sean “Diddy” Combs was indicted in the Southern District of New York on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force and transportation for purposes of prostitution.
