King Charles doubts Prince Harry’s motives amid Netflix fallout, says royal insider

Prince Harry may be extending an olive branch, but King Charles isn’t biting.

According to royal insiders, the monarch is “sceptical” about his son’s sudden push for reconciliation, especially coming hot on the heels of Netflix cutting ties with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Royal commentator Samara Gill didn’t mince words during her appearance on Sky News Australia, telling host Caroline Di Russo that Harry’s timing is very suspicious.

“I don’t blame the King,” Gill said bluntly. “That’s a nice way of putting it for the hell that that man has been put through by Harry and Meghan.”

Her comments come as Harry’s aides were spotted meeting with palace officials in London, just days after Netflix reportedly axed the Sussexes’ £80 million deal.

Gill believes the financial fallout may be the real reason Harry is knocking on royal doors again.

“I just think the money is drying up for Harry,” she added, “and he’s coming back cup in hand to the King wanting reconciliation.”

“You can’t just sweep that under the carpet,” Arbiter previously told The Sun.

“There’s got to be an apology.”

“What’s missing here is an apology,” she said. “And I don’t think Harry, with his victim complex, is going to come up with one.”
