Kate Middleton's trusted aide Natasha Archer has made headlines after a curious social media move involving Meghan Markle, as she embarks on a major career shift.
Archer, who served as Kate Middleton’s personal assistant and stylist since 2010, recently announced her departure from Kensington Palace to launch her own private consultancy.
Following that news, her private Instagram account briefly went public, and eagle-eyed royal watchers quickly noticed a surprising detail.
According to reports, Archer, affectionately known as “Tash”, was spotted following both Meghan Markle’s personal account and her lifestyle brand As Ever.
She reportedly also followed several of Meghan’s inner circle, including Daniel Martin (her longtime makeup artist), Delfina Blaquier (wife of Harry’s polo friend Nacho Figueras), and Pilates instructor Heather Dorak.
Archer’s account also followed Highbrow Hippie, affiliated with Meghan’s hair colorist Kadi Lee, as well as some fashion pages tied to both Meghan and Kate’s royal style.
However, these follows didn’t last long; Archer quickly unfollowed those accounts and switched her profile back to private.
People magazine reported that as of July 17, Archer’s account was still following Meghan’s Suits co-stars Abigail Spencer and Sarah Rafferty, both known to be close friends of the Duchess of Sussex.
