The man behind One Direction wants to make another hit boyband
Simon Cowell was the judge on 2010 X Factor UK where One Direction was formed which went on to become a global sensation.
The music mogul is now on a mission to make another boy band sensation as there is a gap in the music industry now.
The star judge will hunt down the perfect band on his new show Simon Cowell: The Next Act.
Through his music company, Syco, Simon has created One Direction, Little Mix and Fifth Harmony, so there is a huge possibility he can do that again.
The 6-episode Netflix docuseries will follow Simon as he searches for boys all over UK.
Previously he told PA news agency that he prays to make another One Direction.
“I would pray to find a band as good as One Direction and to find the records as good as they made”.
The series will release on Netflix in December 2025.
