Coldplay ‘cheating’ couple gives alleged apology for affair

It seems the couple who were captured snuggling on the cam at a Coldplay concert are responding to the allegations of their affair.

The rumours were triggered after the cam focused on them, and they responded by immediately separating and hiding their faces. The clip ended up on social media and went viral across all platforms.

The man was found to be Astronomer CEO Andy Byron, and he had allegedly issued an apology. The woman is the head of HR at the company, Kristin Cabot, while Byron is married to Megan Kerrigan.

However, it has been clarified by Astronomy that the apology statement circulating is not real, but a parody.

After their reaction to the camera, Coldplay singer Chris Martin remarked, "Oh, look at these two. All right, come on, you're OK. Either they're having an affair or they're just very shy."

People on the internet have been giving their opinion on the situation, with one person writing about Kerrigan, "I really hope if she sees all this and its new to her that she is surrounded by people who truly love and support her to help her get through this. This is so wrong and so hurtful."
