Kardashians’ iconic TV mansion hits market at $8.9M price tag

Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ fake exterior for the famous family's home on the E! Network show has recently gone up for sale.

According to TMZ, Jane Trang Dang of Advance Estate Realty listed the 8K-square-foot, seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom property on Monday for $8.9M, meaning that fans can now own a piece of reality TV history.

Except for "throwing a few parties" there, the current owners never occupied the remote home and primarily saw it as an investment for their real estate holdings.

The vintage mansion has two walk-in closets, a wine cellar, a screening room, a private patio with expansive views of the canyon, and a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line Viking and Sub-Zero appliances.

There's also a resort-style backyard with a pool, spa, and built-in BBQ.

The extravagant property is not to be confused with Kris Jenner's 8,860-square-foot Hidden Hills home, which she listed for $13.5 million last February and used for interior filming from 2007 to 2021.

“I've shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family,” the 69-year-old momager told the New York Times.

For those unfamiliar, Kris first met Oprah during an episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show in 2012, when the media mogul famously interviewed the Kardashian family.
