Joseph Quinn opens up about being casted in Beatles biopic
The actor was announced to play George Harrison
Joseph Quinn was announced to play the role of Beatles guitarist George Harrison in the upcoming biopic on the legendary band earlier this year.
The British actor has already made quite a promising acting portfolio with Stranger Things and Fantastic Four.
The 31-year-old will star alongside Paul Mescal, Barry Keoghan and Harris Dickinson in the biopic.
Speaking about the role at the London premiere for the Marvel film, Joseph said that the project is beyond his “wildest dreams”.
“It feels exciting, it feels a little daunting.”, Joseph exclaimed.
“I’m definitely inspired by the three men that I’m working with, and Sam, who’s directing it.”.
Opening up about the filming process, the actor said “We’ve been doing a few weeks of rehearsals that I’ve really been enjoying.”.
“It’s beyond my wildest dreams. I can’t believe I’m able to participate in a film and a project like this.”.
The film is directed by British filmmaker Sir Sam Mendes and will be released in April 2028.
