Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, more popularly known as P Diddy, gets a big relief as he was acquitted of three of the five counts in sex-trafficking and racketeering trial in New York.
He has been sent back to jail after being found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
The verdict announced on Tuesday, has left many reeling, but believe it or not, there were also several celebrators.
Yung Miami, the rapper’s ex-girlfriend, had a celebration that made many uncomfortable.
Miami took to her Instagram story and shared a black and white video of Justin Bieber.
The clip used by Yung Miami to celebrate Diddy Trial verdict sparked outrage.
In the clip, the Ghost artist was seen smiling as he makes a motion with his index finger and thumb.
“Gross,” one person wrote on X, while another expressed: “she weird for using JB.”
A third one wrote, “Literally never want to hear from her ever again,” and another accused, “She’s not a girl’s girl and clearly will sell her soul for money.”
While Miami didn’t hold it back and also posted on X herself, wrote “11:11” with four heart emojis, which led to additional backlash.
Combs, who has been held at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center for nearly 10 months, luckily got acquitted in two most serious charges- including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking — after a dramatic trial.
He pleaded for leniency in court, requesting to be released so he could return to Florida and take care of his mother.
A New York Jury on Tuesday delivered a split verdict in high-profile trial of Diddy, finding the music mogul not guilty on two counts of sex trafficking and one count of racketeering.
The Peaches singer, 31, has largely remained quiet regarding his former friend Sean Combs, following his trial.
However, last month, Bieber’s rep released a statement to confirm that he was not one of the Bad Boy Records founder’s victims.
“Although Justin is not among Sean Combs’s victims, there are individuals who were genuinely harmed by him,” the statement read.
Now after the verdict, Diddy is set to be sentenced, as Judge Arun Subramanian fixed the date for October 3, 2025.
