The new James Bond movie will be made under a new creative team as Amazon’s MGM studios have gained the rights of the 007 franchise.
After the last edition was released in 2021 starring Daniel Craig, it was expected that a new James Bond will be casted.
Although the superspy has not been revealed yet, the franchise’s fans believe they know who the new British spy is.
The fans are sure that the American actor, who recently got nominated for an Oscar, Timothee Chalamet, is the new James Bond.
The theory comes after it was confirmed that Dune’s director Denis Villeneuve will direct the next 007 movie.
The announcement has left the fans believing that Denis will bring his own James Bond and that will be his Dune lead Timothee.
A fan wrote in response to the announcement “I assume this means Timothee Chalamet will be the next James Bond”.
Another wrote, “The next James Bond is, you guessed it, Timothee Chalamet”.
The next 007 movie is expected to release in 2027.
