Kristen Bell talks her husband’s response to steamy Adam Brody scene

Kristen Bell sat down to speak at a panel from Televerse for Nobody Wants This where she revealed her husband, Dax Shepard’s response to the show.

The director had been travelling with his friends and they all decided to watch the first episode, and that intimate scene together, "I could hear that music in the background and they were screaming. And he was like, 'Oh my God!' He was so excited for these two characters to kiss, which I think says a lot.”

He joked about the scene previously, recalling, "My friend ... we watched that scene together, the kissing scene, which I'd argue is the very best kissing scene ever, ever put on film. And my best friend, Aaron, from childhood, he goes, 'Does she ever kiss you like that?' No, I didn't even know she could kiss like that.”

Bell has opened up about feeling secure in her marriage with Shepard in the past, saying, “Even if Dax hooks up with the most beautiful person in the world at work, I know he's committed to our family. I know he's coming home. I know he loves our children. I know he strives to be a great husband and father."

“We’re just human, right? So maybe there could be a day where I'm like, ‘I'm actually really nervous that you spend time with that person.’ And he could say, ‘Oh, OK, let's talk about it. What makes you nervous? What are you thinking?’ We have a very open communication,” she added.
