King Charles and Prince Harry's reunion at the Invictus Games might not happen due to a key royal figure.
An insider told The Mail that the Duke of Sussex is planning to extend an invitation to the 2027 Invictus Games to his father and estranged brother Prince William as a sign of peace offering.
An insider said, "Harry is hopeful his father will set aside their differences to attend the Invictus Games and support veterans."
The report stated, "Invictus hopes the Royal Family will come along to support the wounded veterans taking part."
"The Royals have always been hugely supportive of Invictus and proud of what Harry has achieved in that arena. This is one olive branch from him which might be reciprocated," added the source.
Invictus Games 2027, which will take place in Birmingham, is scheduled to run from 12 to 17 July.
The closing ceremony of the games will clash with King Charles' beloved wife, Queen Camilla's 80th birthday.
Now, all eyes are on King Charles' decision if Prince Harry requests him to join the Invictus community.
