Seems like we have just witnessed the breakup of the century as the president of the United States and the richest man alive have gone at it on social media.
The feud between Donald Trump and Elon Musk reportedly started over the recently proposed domestic spending bill.
Things remained quiet until Thursday when the president said he is “disappointed” with Musk, leading to an online back-and-forth between the two.
Many celebrities have given their two cents about the mega feud, including Piers Morgan, who has offered both influential figures to appear on his show to sort things out.
Another well-known celeb, Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has also urged the US president and Tesla CEO to patch things up.
“Broooos please noooooo," the rapper posted on X, formerly Twitter, and also said, “We love you both so much.”
Ye is an avid supporter of both Trump and Musk and actively campaigned for the former in the 2024 US presidential election.
Elon Musk publicly criticised Donald Trump’s newly proposed tax-cut and spending bill and claimed it would worsen the United States’ debt crisis.
