Taylor Swift makes biggest announcement of her career

Pop sensation Taylor Swift returned to social media after a long period of time to announce a very special news.

The singer, who had been re-recording her first six albums to “own” them, has announced that she now owns her entire discography along with the music videos, tour videos etc.

“You belong with me.”, the pop star tweeted to announce that she now owns the master recordings of all her music.

“All I’ve ever wanted was the opportunity to work hard enough to be able to buy and purchase my music outright”, the pop icon stated.

The letter shared on the pop star’s website stated “All of the music I've ever made now belongs to me”.

Taylor left Big Machine Records, who owned the master recordings of her first six albums, that was followed by a decade long feud between her and the record manager Scooter Braun.

Taylor, who was expected to release her most anticipated Reputation Taylor’s Version, has also addressed the release of the album saying “I haven't even recorded a quarter of it”.

The 35-year-old is yet to release the re-recorded versions of her debut album and 2017 Reputation.
