Young Thug and A$AP Rocky rumoured to be working together on new music project
Ever since Young Thug got out of prison he has been busy trying to make up for lost time.
The rapper spent over two years behind bars for his involvement in the YSL RICO case and was released last November after accepting a plea deal.
Thug is currently on a 15-year probation and is not allowed to enter metro Atlanta for 10 years but that has not prevented him from linking up and collaborating with fellow artists.
Last month, the 33-year-old announced that he is working on a new studio album, Uy Scuti and might be collaborating with a major artist.
In a recent livestream with Digital Nas, A$AP Illz hinted that Thug and A$AP Rocky are working on new music together.
The A$AP mob member did not provide many details but the idea has caused many fans to call for both artists to make it happen.
What is the YSL RICO trial?
YSL Records racketeering trial was a highly publicised criminal case in Georgia involving Young Thug and his affiliates.
Prosecutors accused Thug’s YSL Records of operating as a music company and as an illegal gang. The trial began on 27 November 2023 and ended on 3 December 2024 with the acquittal of Yak Gotti.
